Terms of Service
Welcome to J@rv1s ("the Service"), an AI study assistant operated by Project J@rv1s / APEX Solutions ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use J@rv1s. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and don't share credentials.
3. Subscriptions & billing
- Access requires an active paid plan. Plans renew monthly until cancelled.
- The Professional plan may include a free trial; you'll be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. You can cancel anytime from Settings or the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Acceptable use
J@rv1s is a study aid. Don't use it to cheat in violation of your school's policies, to break the law, to harass others, or to generate harmful content. You are responsible for how you use the output.
5. AI output
Responses are generated by AI and may be wrong. Verify important information. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for losses arising from reliance on AI output.
7. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
